Shipping cost
Deliveries are sent with Post Danmark or the English post service. Posters are delivered in tubes. The shipping costs cover postage, packaging, and administration

Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and in the order we receive them. Future Factor usually delivers within 2-4 weekdays in Denmark. If the books are sold out or if an order should be significantly delayed, you will receive a message at your e-mail. If it is not possible to deliver a product within 30 days from the ordering, for example, because it is sold out, you have the right to cancel the deal. This happens by sending a message to Future Factor at the address below. In the message, you have to state your order number or other identification of the purchase.

Pickup
It is possible to pick up some of the products in the store outside of the opening hours: Monday and Thursday from 9 am to 15 pm, for payment in cash. If you have created an account for your company, we will attach an invoice. Call us, so we can make an appointment, for instance, if you cannot pick up the products within the standard opening hours.

Future Factors responsibility
Future Factor assumes no further responsibility than what Future Factor is required according to Danish law. It is assumed that you are familiar with Future Factors conditions for shipping and warranty. In order to deal with us, you must agree to the terms and conditions which exist for general shopping online.
Future Factor is not responsible for any delays in the postal service. The company, including owners, managers, employees and business partners, suppliers and other parties involved cannot guarantee that www.futurefactor.dk at any time will be error-free and fully functional.
Future Factor cannot be held legally responsible for any follows using www.futurefactor.dk, such as problems with internet connectivity, as well as using outdated computers or programs.
Future Factor cannot be held responsible for problems such as delays or viruses resulting from the use of e-mail or downloads. We cannot be held responsible for errors, inaccuracy or outdated information, that may have occurred in updates and uploads at www.futurefactor.dk.

Your Safety
Payment
Payment at Future Factor takes place using a secure server (SSL) where the information typed will be encrypted, so you only can read the information. Future Factor will never have access to your credit card information.
Privacy Policy
When purchasing books, you must provide your name, address and possibly a shipping address and e-mail address. Future Factor registers this information and your invoices in its customer database. Future Factor will not share this information but the registration is kept for 5 years after the Danish Law.
As a registered customer, you can access, and you may contradict a registration under the rules of the Privacy Act.
Warranty
Withdrawal
You have a 14-day return policy from the time you receive the item. You can withdraw the purchase by returning the product to the Future Factors address, or not picking the item up at the post office. When returning, make sure to enclose invoice number, a copy of the invoice or other identification of the purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition as shipped.
You pay the delivery costs.
Unless you have received an incorrect or defective item, you pay the cost of delivery. The packaging must not be broken by return. Returns must be sent directly to

Warranty
If you received an item which is not fulfilling the description, please contact us and preferably by phone, so we can agree on how to proceed. When making a claim, leave the invoice number or other identification of the contract.
Repayment
If you wish to return an item, in agreement with Future Factor, the enclosed invoice is credited. If you have used debit or credit card when purchasing, please tell us your account number so we can return the amount to your bank account.
Licensing and Copyright
Any reproduction of text, illustrations or other products from Future Factor is prohibited under copyright law. The ban applies to all forms of reproduction by printing, photography and electronic data processing.
Reproduction of material from Future Factor is only allowed when they are covered by special licenses.
User License to individuals and organizations
Licensing agreements with individuals or a company, for materials purchased through Future Factor, only gives permission for personal and internal use. The materials should not be used, reproduced or distributed for any commercial use or for any commercial training courses or training at any location. An individual user license is not a distribution license.
Commercial site license
This license only allows the use of Future Factor materials in one specific workplace (similar to a department). Employees, who work at this particular workplace, may use the materials; copy them to internal training and education, as well as for general use in A4 format. All other formats are provided through Future Factor.
All employees at this particular workplace (department) may use the materials. The right of reproduction and distribution cannot be transferred to other workplaces, although they are part of the same company. Each workplace and its employees must have their own commercial site license and must acknowledge the same license.
Each workplace (department) in the same company need to acquire a commercial site license to use the tool or parts of the Future Factors materials.
Once this license is acquired, the employees at this specific workplace may use the materials; copy them to internal courses and education and for general use. All employees in the department may use the materials. A commercial site license is not a distribution license.
Commercial license
Professional trainers, consultants, and instructors can buy a commercial license for Future Factors products. With a commercial license, each individual has permission of commercial use of agreed products from Future Factor.
